Navigating through COVID-19

Access Door Automation is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our clients, contractors, and staff. ADA supports the decision of our public health officials and all levels of government regarding the COVID-19 global pandemic. We adhere to all current and future health and safety standards, ADA adheres to all current health and safety standards which are seen to be effective at reducing further transmission of the virus¹.

Mandatory Facial Coverings & Social Distancing

It is an absolute requirement that our employees and contractors follow municipal and provincial social distancing and safety standards created by public health officials. This includes, but not limited to, wearing approved face masks while working in proximity to others in any indoor environment and maintaining 6’ (feet) of separation wherever possible. We kindly ask that our customers do the same.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

As a precaution, all hard surfaces of hardware serviced or installed will be subject to cleaning and sanitation protocols prior to leaving the job site.

 

Employee Precautions

All employees will be subject to a company made assessment before entering any establishment on the behalf of Access Door Automation. This includes temperature screening before any service call as well as before and after all shifts. Any staff member that has a temperature of 37.8°C (100°F) will be required to report it to their manager, head directly home, and follow safety protocols instructed by public health.

 

We understand that the COVID-19 global pandemic has caused a strain on our way of living. At Access Door Automation, we believe that if we all do our part, we can still provide our essential service while keeping the risk of transmission at a minimum.
